PROXY/Enterprise: How It Works

Connect Securely to an Employee Off-site

  1. Ordinarily, the firewall of an external network blocks all incoming traffic.
  2. However, outbound connections are allowed, and Hosts are programmed to automatically ping the Gateway with their status.
  3. Once an outbound connection is open, the firewall allows return traffic to pass—the Gateway leverages this “control connection” to signal the Host to open an outbound remote control call.
  4. A fully secure, two-way remote control session is thereby established without any trouble whatsoever.

Use Proxy remote control network to train customers, partners or employees!

  1. The trainer sends connection information to the trainees.
  2. The trainee downloads the Master software and sets the Gateway connection info to the supplied by the trainer.
  3. The trainee connects to the specified Gateway server and is only allowed to view and not control the trainers PC.
  4. A fully secure, view only session is thereby established without any trouble whatsoever.
