Unlike other solutions, PROXY Pro 6.10 does not require any software to run on the thin clients; instead, PROXY Pro 6.10 interoperates with terminal services sessions at the terminal server, allowing for highly efficient screen recording, remote control and remote monitoring.

Call centers using terminal servers such as Windows Terminal Server or Citrix XenApp Server can now monitor and record terminal services sessions more efficiently than ever before, and eliminate any performance degradation for customer service representative stations.
