Proxy products include PROXY/Pro and PROXY/Enterprise, the leading remote control/access solution for help desk managers, network administrators and outsourced service providers. We also offer PROXY/ScreenRecording, which, along with a versatile software developer kit, allows leading vendors to integrate our real-time screen recording/playback, remote control and remote display technologies into their solutions for call centers, helpdesks, desktop management, and control room applications.

Proxy Networks offers 1-, 2- and 3-year Maintenance & Support plans for its products. Customers with active Maintenance & Support plans get immediate attention to support requests, including real-time help via Proxy Remote Support, and upgrade protection for any new releases during the plan period.

Our History
Our technology and products were originally developed by Funk Software, which delivered the first Proxy remote control products over a decade ago for the Windows NT platform. In late 2005, Funk Software was acquired by Juniper Networks. Proxy Networks acquired the Proxy product line and technology from Juniper in mid-2006.
